The Truffle is made using the tea method, which steeps ripe truffles for extended periods of time in olive oil. Black Truffle Oil has a stronger taste than White Truffle Oil. This closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex black truffle oil. No extracts or chemicals are used in this production. Fantastic in ream based soups, risotto and mashed potatoes. It's also a good choice for meats, sauces, and casseroles.
